As this is a handmade product that is produced after ordering, exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size or simple change of mind are not accepted as it is difficult to check whether the product has been worn.
If the product is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will repair it and send it back to you.
After shipping, you will be notified of the tracking number by email.
